HDB releases exec condo site in Tengah for tender
The Housing Board has launched an executive condominium (EC) site in Tengah for sale under the Government Land Sales (GLS) program. Situated at the southern tip of Tengah, near the intersection of Bukit Batok Road and the Pan-Island Expressway, the site offers a maximum gross floor area of 56,107 sqm.
Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments are also the proud developers of Plantation Close Parcel B, the third executive condominium in the area.
Novo Place marks the second EC project in Tengah.
