Hoi Hup, Sunway clinch keenly contested Tengah EC site for S$348.5M
Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments have secured an executive condominium (EC) site in Tengah for S$348.5 million, setting a record high with a rate of S$703 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). This EC, named Novo Place, will be located near the upcoming Tengah Park MRT station, providing residents with convenient access to Jurong Lake Gardens, Jurong Innovation District, and Nanyang Technological University.
